摘要
基于黎明职业大学“1+3+N”劳动育人体系的探索实践,分析了当前劳动育人过程中多元主体协同度不高、劳动精神培育度不足、五育之间融合度不够的问题,提出借助信息化手段、植入学校文化建设、融入一体化设计的解决方案,为后续劳动教育开展提供优化方向和可借鉴的经验。
The practice of the“1+3+N”labor education system of Liming Vocational University was anaylzed and the following problems were found;limited collaboration between multiple parties in the current labor education process,insufficient cultivation of labor spirit,and insufficient integration of five domains of education.It was suggested that a solution mading up of information means,school culture involvement,and integrative design adoption should be considered as optimization direction and reference.
