摘要
深入研究了港口码头设计与建设工程管理。首先,深入探讨了工程管理与项目可行性研究之间的密切联系;其次,详细阐述了港口码头设计的理论基础和实践要点;再次,在工程管理方面,深入讨论了项目管理生命周期的各个阶段、风险管理、质量管理以及施工管理与进度控制的实际应用;最后,通过综合应用市场分析、技术可行性、经济可行性、法律与政策环境以及社会与环境影响的方法论,以更好地评估项目的可行性,提高项目的成功率。这些研究结果不仅有助于项目实施,还为相关领域的研究与实践提供了重要的参考和指导。
The article aims to conduct in-depth research on engineering management and project feasibility in the design and construction of port terminals.Firstly,the close relationship between engineering management and project feasibility studies was explored in depth.Secondly,the theoretical basis and practical points of port terminal design were elaborated in detail.Thirdly,in terms of engineering management,in-depth discussions were conducted on the various stages of the project management lifecycle,risk management,quality management,and the practical application of construction management and schedule control.Finally,the study points out that by comprehensively applying methodologies of market analysis,technological feasibility,economic feasibility,legal and policy environment,and social and environmental impact,the feasibility of projects can be better evaluated and the success rate of projects can be improved.These research results not only contribute to project implementation,but also provide important references and guidance for research and practice in related fields.
