摘要
香港国际机场第三跑道填海工程作为中交集团在香港地区承建的大型海事工程,从施工安排、设备组织到现场管理都有着严格的限制要求和标准。文章从船舶事前、事中及事后安全管控3个方面论述了大型海事工程的航务安全管理,在各阶段对船舶和人员进行安全管控和审查检查,最终高效、安全地完成了施工任务。
As a large-scale maritime project constructed by CCCC in Hong Kong,the main reclamation works of Hong Kong International Airport three runway system project has strict restrictions and standards from the construction management,equipment arrangements to the on-site management.The safety management of marine traffic for large-scale reclamation project was discussed from three aspects of ship safety management and control before,during and after the event.The safety control,review and inspection of ships and personnel were carried out in each stage,and the construction task was finally completed efficiently and safely.
