摘要
目的分析传染病预防控制中公共卫生管理的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2023年6月沂源县疾病预防控制中心70名医务人员为研究对象,按投掷硬币法分为两组,每组35名。参照组在传染病预防控制期间给予常规指导干预,研究组在传染病预防控制期间给予公共卫生管理。比较两组医务人员干预满意度及管理质量评分。结果研究组干预总满意度(97.14%)高于参照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.247,P<0.05)。研究组管理质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院针对医务人员合理展开公共卫生管理,可将干预满意度以及管理质量显著提升,进一步说明在传染病预防中公共卫生管理的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the application of public health management in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods 70 medical personnel of Yiyuan County Disease Prevention and Control Center were selected as the study subjects from March 2020 to June 2023,and were divided into two groups of 35 each according to the coin tossing method.The reference group was given routine guidance intervention during the period of infectious disease prevention and control,and the study group was given public health management during the period of infectious disease prevention and control.Satisfaction with the intervention and quality of management scores of medical staff in both groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the intervention in the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the reference group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.247,P<0.05).The management quality score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable implementation of public health management for medical staff in hospitals can significantly improve intervention satisfaction and management quality,and further explain the application value of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases.
