摘要
目的探究在传染病预防工作中采用公共卫生管理措施,对预防工作具有的作用及应实施的管理建议。方法将山东省枣庄市滕州市中医医院公共卫生科2021年1月—2022年1月在岗的30名医务人员作为研究对象,根据研究需求随机分为对照组(n=15)与观察组(n=15)。对照组实施常规模式,观察组在常规管理基础上增加公共卫生管理,对比两组医务人员预防能力评分、应急能力评分、健康宣教评分、操作技术评分、配合度评分、心理护理能力评分、患者对医务人员的满意度。结果观察组预防能力评分、应急能力评分、健康宣教评分、操作技术评分、配合度评分、心理护理能力评分、患者对医务人员的满意度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染病预防工作中应积极运用公共卫生管理方法,可达到显著提升传染病预防效果的目的。
Objective To investigate the role of public health management measures in the prevention of infectious diseases and the management recommendations that should be implemented.Methods Thirty medical personnel who were on duty from January 2021 to January 2022 in the public health department of Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were used as the study subjects,and were they randomly divided into a control group(n=15)and an observation group(n=15)according to the study demand.The control group implemented the conventional model and the observation group added public health management to the conventional management.The two groups were compared in terms of preventive ability score,emergency response ability score,health education score,operational technique score,cooperation score,psychological care ability score,and patient satisfaction with the medical staff.Results The scores of prevention ability,emergency ability,health education,operation technology,cooperation,psychological nursing ability and patients'satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Public health management methods should be actively used in the prevention of infectious diseases,which can achieve the purpose of significantly improving the effect of infectious disease prevention.
