摘要
目的:研究贞芪六君滋阴解毒颗粒对肺癌放疗后发生急性放射性肺炎(RP)的预防作用.方法:选取2021年6月—2023年5月于西南医科大学附属中医医院肿瘤科接受放疗的肺癌患者62例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各31例.对照组放疗期间仅接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合贞芪六君滋阴解毒颗粒治疗.比较两组患者RP发生率及程度、中医证候积分.结果:观察组RP发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03).观察组RP严重程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.03).治疗后,观察组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、乏力评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组咳嗽、咳痰评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后喘息、乏力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、乏力评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:贞芪六君滋阴解毒颗粒能有效降低肺癌患者接受放疗后RP发生率,缓解RP严重程度,且能够改善患者放疗相关临床症状.
Objective:To study the preventive effect of Zhenqi Liujun Ziyin Jiedu Granule on acute radiation pneumonia(RP)after radiotherapy of lung cancer.Methods:Sixty-two patients with lung cancer who received radiotherapy in the oncology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-one cases in each group.The control group only received conventional treatment during radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Zhenqi Liujun Ziyin Jiedu Granule on the basis of control group.The incidence and degree of RP and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of RP in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03);the severity of RP in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03);after treatment,the scores of cough,phlegm,wheezing and fatigue in observation group were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of expectoration and expectoration in the control group were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the scores of wheezing and fatigue were not statistically significant before and after treatment(P>0.05);the scores of cough,phlegm,wheezing and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenqi Liujun Ziyin Jiedu Granule can effectively reduce the incidence of RP,alleviate the severity of RP,and improve the clinical symptoms related to radiotherapy in patients with lung cancer.
