摘要
高校专利申请量高速增长,但高校的专利转移转化能力与水平远远不如专利申请量增长速度,导致大量专利处于“沉睡”状态。本文以incoPat数据库为检索与分析工具,对2024年QS亚洲大学排名前15的高校的专利申请趋势、专利布局、主要技术热点和转移转化情况等进行分析,探讨亚洲高校的创新发展特征、技术优势以及专利转移转化情况等,并针对技术研发端、专利申请端和转移转化端提出可行性建议,以期为国内高校提高自主创新能力提供参考,为提升高校专利转化与运用水平提供对策。
The number of patent application in universities is growing rapidly,but the ability and level of patent transfer and transformation in universities are far behind the growth rate of patent applications,resulting in a large number of patents being in a“dormant”state.Using the incoPat database as the retrieval and analysis tool,this article analyzes the patent application trend,patent layout,main technological hotspot,and transfer and transformation of the top 15 Asian universities in the 2024 QS World University Rankings,to explore the innovative development characteristics,technological advantages,and patent transfer and transformation of Asian universities.Further,this article proposes feasible suggestions for the technology research and development,patent application,and transfer and transformation,to provide references for domestic universities to improve their independent innovation capabilities,and to provide countermeasures for improving the level of patent transformation and utilization in universities.
