摘要
高价值专利是创新团队最重要的无形资产,其对创新团队提升核心竞争能力,领先于行业发展,获得市场效益具有重要的战略性意义。为了促进高价值专利的培育工作,知识产权保护中心对高价值专利培育体制机制进行探索,形成了专利预审员社会实践基地培育工程等一系列体制机制,有效促进了创新主体的高价值专利培育工作。
High-value patents are the most important intangible assets of innovation teams,and they have strategic significance in enhancing their core competitiveness,leading industry development,and obtaining market benefits.In order to promote the cultivation of high-value patents,the Intellectual Property Protection Center has explored the system and mechanism of cultivating high-value patents,forming a series of institutional mechanisms such as the patent preexaminer social practice base cultivation project,effectively promoting the cultivation of high-value patents for innovative entities.
