摘要
文章总结了现有专利价值评估体系的特点,在此基础上提出专利价值评估体系可以加强研究的方向以及基于专利价值实现的专利价值评估指标体系,该体系能够适应学术研究及产业实践等不同主体对于专利价值的不同认知,便于统一推广,有利于提高定性评估结果作为定量评估参考的科学性,评价方法和权重根据实际情况进行调整以适应不同的评价目的以及评价要求,从而为全社会共同推进专利价值评估体系的建设提供参考。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of the existing patent value evaluation system, and puts forward that the patent value evaluation system can strengthen the research direction and the patent value evaluation index system based on the realization of patent value. The system can adapt to the different cognition of patent value by different subjects such as academic research and industrial practice, facilitate unified promotion, and improve the scientific nature of qualitative evaluation results as a reference for quantitative evaluation. The evaluation method and weight are adjusted according to the actual situation to adapt to different evaluation purposes and evaluation requirements, so as to provide reference for the whole society to promote the construction of patent value evaluation system.
