浅谈供电企业“大营销”体系下的营销数据质量管理

摘要 随着国家电网公司内部供电公司“大营销”体系改革的逐步推进和深化,统一推广和完善营销综合信息平台已成为未来营销管理的重要思路。然而,数据集中度越来越高,数据量急剧增加,数据质量问题也越来越多。在此基础上,本文针对“大营销”改革后业务全面整合,数据集中度高,数据量急剧增加等特点,全面分析了基层供电企业信息系统数据管理现状,并提出对策来提高管理效率。 with the gradual promotion and deepening of the reform of the"big marketing"system of the internal power supply company of state grid corporation of China,the unified promotion and improvement of the integrated marketing information platform has become an important idea of marketing management in the future.However,the degree of data concentration is higher and higher,the quantity of data increases sharply,and the quality of data is more and more problematic.On this basis,in view of the characteristics of comprehensive integration of business after the"big marketing"reform,high data concentration and sharp increase in data volume,this paper comprehensively analyzes the data management status of grassroots power supply enterprise information system,and proposes countermeasures to improve management efficiency.
