摘要
研究科技型中小企业的高价值专利培育,是提高我国专利质量,推动我国经济社会发展的重要保障.目前针对高价值专利培育的研究中,针对企业专利工作的研究较少.文章从企业的视角出发,结合科技型中小企业自身信息相对集中、专利战略相对明晰、专利申请意识有待加强以及管理制度有待健全等特点,从强化专利意识、专利人才培养、加强创新管理、强化专利申请、以及强化专利价值显现几个方面提供提升科技型中小企业专利质量的有效建议.
The research on the cultivation of high-value patents of science and technology-based small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is an important guarantee to improve the quality of patents and promote the economic and social development of our country. At present, in the researches on the cultivation of high-value patents, there are few researches on the patent work of enterprises. From the perspective of enterprises, this paper combines the characteristics of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises, such as the relative concentration of information, the relative clarity of patent strategy, the consciousness of patent application to be strengthened and the management system to be improved. This paper puts forward some effective suggestions to improve the patent quality of science and technology small- and medium-sized enterprises from the aspects of strengthening patent consciousness, training patent talents, strengthening innovation management, strengthening patent application and strengthening the patent value.
