摘要
产品创新包括模糊前端、新产品开发、商业化三个阶段,而创新设想产生是模糊前端阶段的关键步骤.为向企业开发新市场破坏性创新(new-market disruptive innovation,NDI)产品提供技术支持,通过对新市场用户及其需求的创造,将产品设计由被动状态转变为主动状态,提供了面向模糊前端的NDI设想产生过程模型.由设计驱动创新方式的视角,给出了对TRIZ超系统资源的分类及分析方法;通过提取超系统资源的属性特征并对其进行变换,为NDI产品开发创造"设定用户"或"设定环境",提供了3种NDI设想产生驱动模式;建立了设想产生过程模型.自动取款机的NDI设想产生验证了该方法的有效性.
Product innovation includes three stages ,fuzzy‐front end ,new product development and com‐mercialization .The generation of innovative idea is a key step in the fuzzy‐front end stage .In order to provide technical support for enterprises to develop products of new‐market disruptive innovation (NDI) , a process model of generating NDI ideas for fuzzy‐front end was proposed according to the creating of new customers and their needs ,and it transformed the passive design state into an active state .From the perspective of design‐driven innovation ,a method of classifying and analyzing the TRIZ resources in su‐per system was provided ,and the characteristics of the super‐system resources were extracted and trans‐formed ,so as that a group of hypothetical customers or a certain hypothetical environment was created and three modes of generating NDI ideas were provided ,and then the process model of generating inno‐vative ideas was established .Finally ,the generation of NDI ideas of automatic teller machine verified the efficiency of this approach .
