摘要
“三全育人”是新时代高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,是提高职业人才培养质量的必由之路,是培养高素质技术技能人才的客观要求。该文在高职院校实施“三全育人”的价值意蕴阐释的基础上,系统分析当前高职院校“三全育人”存在的全员育人协作效应较弱、全程育人的耦合性不强、全方位育人有机联动不够等问题,从育人主体协同性的提升、育人平台的搭建等方面提出了职业院校“三全育人”实施的创新路径。
“Three-pronged comprehensive education”is an important measure for higher vocational colleges and universities in the new era to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and is the only way to improve the quality of professional talent training and an objective requirement for cultivating high�quality technical and skilled talents.On the basis of the interpretation of the value implication of the implementation of“three-pronged comprehensive education”in higher vocational colleges and universities,this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the“three-pronged comprehensive education”of higher vocational colleges and universities,including the weak cooperation effect of the whole staff,the weak compatibility of the whole process of education,and the insufficient organic linkage of all-round education,and puts forward the innovative path of the implementation of“three-pronged comprehensive education”in higher vocational colleges and universities from the aspects of improving the synergy of the main body of education and the construction of the education platform.
