摘要
从提升人才培养质量、增强思政工作成效、凝聚青春力量等三个方面剖析了“三全育人”理念的价值体现,结合南京工业职业技术学院的创新实践,提出了有高职特色的“三全育人”实施途径和机制。
This paper analyzes the value embodiment of the concept "three all-rounds education" from three perspectives:improving talent cultivation quality, enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political workand gathering youth power. It then puts forward the implementation path and mechanism of the "three all-rounds education" with higher vocational education characteristics based uponthe innovative practices in Nanjing Institute of Industry Technology.
