摘要
目的分析基于家庭赋权的延续性护理结合趣味游戏对智力低下患儿康复情况及社会适应能力的影响。方法将我院收治的40例智力低下患儿纳入本次研究,以随机法将其分为常规组(20例,常规延续性护理+趣味游戏)和观察组(20例,在常规组基础上实施基于家庭赋权的延续性护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的粗大运动功能评定量表-88(GMFM-88)评分及事件相关电位(ERP)-P3的波幅高于常规组,ERP-P3的潜伏期短于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的中国韦氏儿童智力量表-修订版(WISC-R)评分高于常规组,视听整合连续执行测试(IVA-CPT)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生活自理能力及日常沟通能力评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于家庭赋权的延续性护理结合趣味游戏在智力低下患儿综合治疗和康复训练中可取得理想应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effects of continuous nursing based on family empowerment combined with fun games on rehabilitation and social adaptability of children with mental retardation.Methods Forty children with mental retardation admitted in our hospital were included in this study.The children were randomly divided into routine group(20 cases,routine continuous nursing+fun games)and observation group(20 cases,continuous nursing based on family empowerment was implemented on the basis of routine group).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Gross Motor Function Assessment Scale-88(GMFM-88)score and the amplitude of event related potential(ERP)-P3 in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,while the latency of ERP-P3 was shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Revised(WISC-R)in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the score of Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test(IVA-CPT)was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care ability and daily communication ability in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on family empowerment combined with fun games can achieve ideal application value in the comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation training of children with mental retardation.
