摘要
目的探讨自闭症患儿采取多媒体感觉统合训练结合音乐疗法的康复干预效果,并分析此方式对患儿社交能力影响。方法选取我院2020年1月—2022年12月收治的96例自闭症患儿为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=48)与对照组(n=48)。对照组采取常规康复,观察组在对照组基础上增加多媒体感觉统合训练结合音乐疗法。对比两组患儿的智力能力、神经发育情况、社交能力及行为能力。结果干预前,两组言语智商、操作智商、总智商相关中国韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC-R)评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组言语智商、操作智商、总智商相关WISC-R评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组动作能、应物能、言语能、应人能相关神经发育情况评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组动作能、应物能、言语能、应人能相关神经发育情况评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组自闭症治疗评价量表(ATEC)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组ATEC评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组行为能力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组行为能力评分均低于干预前,且观察组行为能力评分(33.25±5.61)分低于对照组的(42.87±6.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体感觉统合训练结合音乐疗法可促进自闭症患儿智力发育与神经发育,有助于提升患儿社交能力和行为能力。
Objective Explore the rehabilitation intervention effect of multimedia sensory integration training combined with music therapy on children with autism,and analyze the impact of this approach on their social skills.Methods Ninetysix children with autism admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into an observation group(n=48)and a control group(n=48)by random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation,and the observation group received multimedia sensory integration training combined with music therapy.The intellectual ability,neurodevelopment,social ability and behavioral ability of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC-R)scores related to verbal IQ,operational IQ and total IQ were compared between the two groups,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the WISC-R scores related to verbal IQ,operational IQ and total IQ in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant differences in the scores of motor ability,physical ability,speech ability and human ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of motor ability,physical ability,speech ability and human ability were higher in both groups than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant differences in autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the ATEC scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in behavioral ability scores between th
