摘要
晚清时期,教授法自日本引入中国。此后,教授法在我国先后演变为教学法、教学参考书,并最终发展为教师教学用书,至今仍被我国教师广泛使用。在发展过程中,教师教学用书注重政治性,始终与国家教育方针、主流意识形态保持一致;强调实用性,紧紧围绕教科书进行合理补充与适度拓展;突出创新性,始终兼顾国家教育和教师发展的双重需要;坚持多样性,为教师提供不同选择;追求专业性,通过打造懂教材、懂教学的编写人才队伍,维持自身品质。展望未来,教师教学用书确保正确政治方向是必要前提,发掘自身“发展功能”是当务之急,坚持出版发行适度多样化是不拔之策,通过科学研究提升自身品质是必由之路,探索合理的数字化发展路径是长远之道。
In the late Qing Dynasty,teaching book was introduced to China from Japan and transformed into teaching method,teaching reference book and teacher's book,still widely used by Chinese teachers today.Throughout its evolution,teacher's book focuses on politics and maintain consistency with national policy and mainstream ideology,focuses on practice and supplement and expand based on textbook,focuses on innovation and balances the dual needs of national education and teacher development,focuses on diversity and provides teachers with various options,and focuses on professionalism and maintains its quality through faculty construction.In the future,teacher's book should take ensuring political correctness as necessary prerequisite,digging out its development functions as mission,diversifying publication and distribution as policy,improving its quality through scientific research as path,and exploring digitization as destination.
