摘要
为解决安置房建设中存在的相关问题,文章通过对安置房建设现状及问题进行分析,明确目前安置房建设质量问题、进度问题及影响因素,提出针对性解决策略,质量控制方面采取对前期准备工作、建设材料、质控体系进行管控及施工人员素质水平的提高策略;进度控制方面可采取对施工计划、过程及变更情况进行落实和处理,以及对安置房建设过程各环节实行严格的政府监管等策略,并分析安置房建设中质量、进度控制的作用及目的,以及政府监管对安置房建设的意义,以期为相关人员提供参考。
In order to solve the relevant problems in the construction of resettlement housing,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of resettlement housing construction,clarifies the quality problems,progress problems,and influencing factors of resettlement housing construction,and proposes targeted solutions.Quality control is achieved by controlling the preparatory work,construction materials,quality control system,and improving the quality level of construction personnel.In terms of progress control,the strategies such as implementing and handling construction plans,processes,and changes,as well as implementing strict government supervision at all stages of the resettlement housing construction process,can be adopted.The role and purpose of quality and progress control in resettlement housing construction,as well as the significance of government supervision in resettlement housing construction,are analyzed in order to provide a reference for relevant personnel.
