摘要
该文旨在探讨高校健美操教学中教师角色与教学策略的关系。研究结果表明,教师在高校健美操教学中的角色包括指导者、激励者和评估者等,而且教师的角色定位和责任对学生的学习态度和行为产生重要影响。同时教学策略的选择和运用也对学生学习效果起到重要作用,包括个体化教学、互动式教学和多元化评价等策略。该文为高校健美操教师提供一定的理论和实践指导,促进教师角色和教学策略的有效整合,从而提升高校健美操教学的质量和效果。
This study aims to explore the relationship between the teachers'role and teaching strategies in college aerobics teaching.The research results indicate that teachers'role in college aerobics teaching include instructors,motivators,and e valuators,and their role positioning and responsibilities have a significant impact on students learning atitudes and behaviors.At the same time,the selection and application of teaching strategies also play an important role in students'learning out comes,including personalized teaching,interactive teaching,and diversified evaluation strategies.This study provides certain theoretical and practical guidance for college aerobics teachers,promotes the effective integration of teachers roles and teaching strategies,and thus improves the quality and effectiveness of college aerobics teaching.
