摘要
美育是人类传授现有的审美文化,并启迪新的创造的一种教育文化活动,它是高校健美操教学的重要环节。本文从体育美学的角度,通过健美操运动美学特征的研究,结合高校健美操教学的特点,对健美操教学系统的过程性要素进行了深入的分析,提出了健美操教学应在美学原理的指导下,从教学目标、教学内容、人际关系、教学方法和手段、教学环境、教学反馈等几方面进行美学渗透。
The aesthetic education is an educational activity which teachers are able to pass on the aesthetic culture and stimulate students' creativity; it is an important part in college aerobics teaching. 3his paper studies the aesthetic characteristics in aerobics and the character of college aerobics teaching, and analyzes the process factors in college aerobics education in sports aesthetics perspective. This paper proposes that aerobics teaching should be under the aesthetics principle instruction, carries on aesthetics infiltration from teaching goal, course content, interpersonal relationship, teaching method, teaching environment, teaching feedback and so on.
