鲜食玉米收获机清选装置设计与试验 被引量:3

摘要 针对4YZ-5自走式鲜食玉米收获机在清选过程中果穗碰撞损失率高、清选效率低等问题,利用鲜食玉米果穗与茎秆等杂质密度不同,设计了二次拉草辊与负压风机相结合的清选装置,确定了拉草辊和负压风机的主要参数理论值,并开展了3因素3水平正交试验研究不同参数组合工况下的清选性能与损伤特性,通过试验确定了最优组合参数。试验结果表明:当行走速度为6.5km/h、拉草辊转速为550r/min、风机转速为1000r/min时,玉米果穗含杂率为6.18%,果穗损失率为1.32%,清选稳定性能较好。试验结果可为鲜食玉米清选装置提供理论依据。 Aiming at the problems of high collision loss rate and low cleaning efficiency of 4YZ-5 self-propelled fresh corn harvester in cleaning process.According to the different impurity densities of fresh corn ears and stems,a cleaning device combining the secondary draft roller and the negative pressure fan was designed,and the theoretical values of the main parameters of the draft roller and the negative pressure fan were determined.Based on this device,three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments were carried out.The cleaning performance and damage characteristics under different parameter combinations were studied,and the optimal combination parameters were determined by experiments.The results showed that when the walking speed was 6.5km/h,the rotating speed of straw roller was 550r/min and the rotating speed of fan was 1000r/min,the impurity rate of corn ear was 6.18%and the loss rate of corn ear was 1.32%.Cleaning stability is good.The test results can provide theoretical basis for fresh corn cleaning device.
