摘要
文章介绍了齿轮传动的优化设计方法,建立了斜齿圆柱齿轮传动的优化设计的数学模型,从设计变量的选取,目标函数和约束条件的确定等方面详细介绍了构建数学模型的方法和过程,并结合实例借助于数学软件MATLAB的优化工具箱进行了寻优计算,给出了优化设计程序,得到了满足实际需要的最优化参数。通过对结果进行比较,发现齿轮的体积在优化后比优化前有显著的减少,这对于齿轮传动的设计具有理论指导意义。
In this paper, the optimization design of gear transmission was introduced, and the mathematical model of helical gear transmission system was established. Afterward this article presents detail introduction on method and process of establish the mathematical model. In an example, the optimization design is presented with the help of MATLAB optimization toolbox. The program of the optimization was presented, and attained the optimization of parameters which meet the requirement of practical application. By comparing the results, we found that the volume of gear was decreased after optimization. It is obvious that the optimization is helpful to the design of gear transmission.
