摘要
本文介绍了基于数字化设计平台的固定管板换热器三维参数化设计程序开发及工程应用情况。数字化设计平台通过数据传递与数据链建设,实现正向设计和数据共享,旨在提高压力容器设计质量和效率,并实现压力容器全寿命周期的协同管理。参数化设计通过将设备的计算逻辑、设计方法和标准文件等建立程序关联,通过自主开发的相关子程序,实现从工艺数据到三维模型、三维模型到图纸的智能化设计。本文以固定管板换热器为例,分析了基于数字化设计平台的三维参数化设计的基本思路,明确了基于数字化设计平台的三维参数化设计对于压力容器智能化设计及数字化转型的有效性和良好应用效果。本文对压力容器智能化设计和数字化转型提供一定参考。
This paper introduces the development and engineering application of 3D parametric design program of fixed-tube-sheet heat exchanger based on digital design platform.Through data transmission and data link construction,the digital design platform realizes data sharing and forward design,aiming to improve the design quality and efficiency of pressure vessels and realize collaborative management of the whole life cycle of pressure vessels.Parametric design establishes a program correlation between the calculation logic,design method and standard documents of the equipment,self-develops related subroutines to realize intelligent design from the process data to the 3D model and from the 3D model to drawings.Taking fixed-tube-sheet heat exchanger as an example,this paper analyzes the basic idea of 3D parametric design based on digital design platform,and makes clear the effectiveness and good application effect of 3D parametric design based on digital design platform for intelligent design and digital transformation of pressure vessel.This paper has positive reference significance for the intelligent design and digital transformation of pressure vessels.
