大侧斜螺旋桨水动力数值图谱构建与应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 CFD方法的快速发展为螺旋桨水动力图谱构建提供了新的手段。针对大侧斜螺旋桨设计的强烈需求,以INSEAN E1619为母型桨拓展形成大侧斜螺旋桨系列方案,利用CFD方法开展大侧斜桨敞水虚拟试验,然后通过多元回归分析实现敞水结果的数字化表达,并对表达结果进行校验,在此基础上完成大侧斜螺旋桨水动力数值图谱设计程序开发和实例应用分析。经校验证明,回归多项式计算精度可满足数值图谱的开发要求。实例应用分析结果表明:相比B-系列螺旋桨图谱,在直径不受限制的条件下,本数值图谱设计方案效率与之相当,最佳直径偏小6%左右;在直径受限的条件下,本数值图谱设计方案效率偏高,文中实例给定直径下偏高约7%。该数值图谱可为低噪声大侧斜螺旋桨初步设计阶段的推进性能评估和推进系统参数选型提供新的手段和工具。 The rapid development of CFD method provides a new tool for the construction of propeller hydrodynamic diagrams.Aiming at the strong demand for high-skew propeller design,the INSEAN E1619 was regarded as the parent propeller to expand and form series of high-skew propellers.The virtual open water tests were conducted by using CFD method.Then the numerical expressions of open water results were obtained through the multiple regression analysis,and the expression results were verified.On this basis,the development and application example analysis were completed for the design program of the high-skew propeller hydrodynamic numerical diagram.The checkout shows that the calculation precision of the regression polynomial can satisfy the development requirements of the numerical diagram.The analysis results of the application example show that the propeller designed by this numerical diagram,compared with the B series propeller under the condition of unrestricted diameter,has a comparable efficiency while the optimal diameter is 6%smaller.Under the condition of a restricted diameter,the efficiency of the propeller designed by this numerical diagram is higher,which is 7% higher under the specified diameter in the application example of this paper.The numerical diagram can provide a new method and tool for the propulsive performance evaluation and propulsion system parameter selection in the preliminary design phase for the low-noise high-skew propellers.
