摘要
采用非线性超声技术,对含双边V型缺口的Q245R钢试件单轴拉伸过程进行测试,研究试件缺口附近区域不同位置的超声非线性特性。试验结果表明,超声非线性系数β能够准确表征材料的早期损伤状态,不同的拉伸损伤阶段β值变化规律不同,试件的不同位置因损伤程度不同表现出不同的超声非线性响应,距离缺口位置越近,损伤越严重,β值涨幅越大。试验通过β与损伤间的关系,验证了缺口附近区域的应力分布规律,证明了非线性超声技术在测试材料早期损伤方面的有效性。
The uniaxial tension process of Q245 R steel specimen with bilateral"V"type notches was tested by nonlinear ultrasonic technique,and the ultrasonic nonlinear characteristics of different locations near the notch of the specimen were investigated. The test results show that the ultrasonic nonlinear coefficientβ can accurately characterize the early damage status of the material,the change rule of β value at different tensile damage stage is different. Different locations of the specimen exhibit different ultrasonic nonlinear responses due to different degrees of damage,the closer to the notch,the more serious the damage is,and the greater the increase in the value of β. The tests verified the stress distribution rules in the vicinity of the notch by the relationship between β and the damage,and proved the effectiveness of the nonlinear ultrasonic technique in the early damage of the test material.
