AR技术在某民用飞机系统支架装配中的应用研究

摘要 随着智能制造技术的飞速发展,增强现实(AR)技术逐渐成熟。本文结合某民用飞机装配过程中出现的系统支架错装及漏检问题,对AR技术在飞机系统支架装配过程控制和辅助检测中的应用进行了探索和研究。同时,对AR技术在飞机装配其他领域的应用前景进行了展望。 With the rapid development of intelligence manufacturing technology,augmented really(AR)technology has gradually become more and more mature.This paper expounds exploration and research on application of AR technology to the control in the process of aircraft system bracket assembling and auxiliary inspection and testing in combination with the problems occurred to mistaken assembling and missing inspection of systemic bracket for a certain type of civil aircraft during its assembling.Meanwhile,this paper also gives an outlook on the prospect for application of AR technology to the other fields for aircraft assembling.
