摘要
刮板是刮板输送装备的核心零部件。随着刮板输送装备的运输量的日渐增大,刮板的工作载荷随之大幅增加。为确保刮板可靠性及使用寿命,现有超重型刮板输送装备配套的刮板采用实体异形柱状锻件或铸件以提升刮板强度和刚度,但也导致刮板自重大幅增加,进而加剧了刮板、溜槽在工作过程中的磨损。同时,刮板自重的增加,电机需要消耗更多的功率来驱动装备,功率损耗严重。提出了一种新型框架结构刮板,在确保强度和刚度的基础上,减少刮板重量7.5%,能够有效减缓装备磨损、降低空载功耗。
The scraper is the core component of the scraper conveying equipment.With the increasing transportation volume of scraper conveying equipment,the working load of scraper is also significantly increased.To ensure the reliability and service life of the scraper,the existing ultra heavy scraper conveying equipment is solid shaped cylindrical forgings or castings to enhance the strength and stiffness of the scraper.However,this also leads to a significant increase in the weight of the scraper,which exacerbates the wear of the scraper and chute during operation.At the same time,as the weight of the scraper increases,the motor needs to consume more power to drive the equipment,resulting in severe power loss.Proposed a new type of frame structure scraper which reduces the weight of the scraper by 7.5%while ensuring strength and stiffness,effectively slows down wear and reduces equipment no-load power consumption.
