摘要
对水泥的化学成分、比表面积、颗粒形貌等进行测试,配制综合型聚羧酸减水剂,通过净浆流动度和砂浆流动度测试不同特性的水泥与该聚羧酸减水剂的适应性。研究表明,不同水泥的初始pH值在12.3~12.6,水化开始后,pH值高的、增长快的其流动性损失较大;SO_(3)含量对流动性影响也较大,一定范围内SO_(3)含量越低,流动性损失越大。比表面积在净浆流动度试验与砂浆试验中表现有一定的差异性。
By detecting the chemical composition,specific surface area and particle morphology of cement,and preparing comprehensive PCE to detect the adaptability of cement with different characteristics to the PCE through the fluidity of the slurry and mortar.Through the study,it is concluded that the initial pH value of different cements in the study is between 12.3~12.6,and after the hydration begins,the fluidity loss greater with high pH value and fast growth.The content of SO_(3)also has a greater impact on the fluidity,and the lower content of SO_(3)within a certain range,the greater the fluidity loss is.And there is a certain difference in the specific surface area between the net slurry flow test and the mortar test.
