摘要
集料中砂的含泥量对新拌混凝土的性能和硬化混凝土的质量都有着很大的影响,其主要原因是高效减水剂对泥成分的吸附作用。通过对C40混凝土进行试验,结果表明,细集料砂的含泥量小于3%时,掺有聚羧酸系高效减水剂的混凝土适应性良好,含泥量控制在3%-7%,掺入聚羧酸酯类减水剂HPA-1的混凝土拌合物坍落度损失不明显,能够保证混凝土的各项性能满足施工要求;当集料中含泥量过大时,萘系高效减水剂有较好的适应性。
Mud in aggregate has great effect on the workability of fresh concrete and the quality of hardened concrete because of the adsorption of mud composition on the superplasticizers. By the test mixing ratio for C40,the result shows that the adaptability of superplasticizers is good when the mud content below 3%,to ensure the all kinds of performances in concrete meet the requirements for construction when we control the mud content between 3% to 7% in aggregate,the slump loss is not obvious when concrete containting polycarboxylate acid esters superplasticizer HPA-1. When the mud content in aggregate is too large,the naphthalene superplasticizer( NWR) has better adaptability.
