摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学教育中极其重要的一个环节,承担了医学生由“学生”转为为“医生”的重要职责。在医学生由学校走入社会的这个过程中,不仅需要加强专业知识的学习和训练,而且需要在思想上对医学生进行引导,帮助其建立起良好的职业道德和社会责任感。“课程思政”将理论知识、价值理念以及精神追求等思想政治教育元素融入到各门课程中,潜移默化地对学生的思想意识、行为举止产生影响。在住院医师规范化培训的每个环节中融入“课程思政”的教育理念,优化课程教学设计,有助于培养规培生良好的医德医风,使其更好地理解社会主义核心价值观并建立起正确的个人价值观,为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格的建设者和可靠的接班人。
Standardized resident training is an extremely important part of medical education,which undertakes the important responsibility of medical students from"students"to"doctors".In the process of medical students entering society from school,it is not only necessary to strengthen the study and training of professional knowledge,but also need to guide medical students ideologically to help them establish good professional ethics and social responsibility."Curriculum ideological and political education"integrates the elements of ideological and political education into various courses,including theoretical knowledge,value concept and spiritual pursuit,and exerts a subtle influence on students'ideology and behavior.Integrating the educational concept of"curriculum ideological and political education"into each link of standardized training for residents and optimizing the curriculum teaching design will help to cultivate the good medical ethics and medical style of doctors,enabling them to better understand the core values of socialism and establish correct personal values,and train qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
