摘要
目的 探索健康教育在老年非小细胞肺癌患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 于2020年3月—2023年4月选择某院收治的老年非小细胞肺癌患者52例作为对象,采用数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和干预组各26例。对对照组患者实施常规的治疗和管理,干预组则在对照组措施的基础上给于健康教育干预。干预后,对两组患者的并发症发生情况、疾病知识掌握情况、生活质量评分等项目进行评价。结果 干预后,干预组患者的不良反应率(11.54%)明显低于对照组(30.77%),而治疗依从性(100.00%)则明显高于对照组(76.92%)。倍差法分析结果显示,干预后干预组患者的病症知识认知和生活质量改善情况均优于对照组,干预净效应有统计学意义。结论 对老年非小细胞肺癌患者在治疗期间开展健康教育可以增加患者对自身病症以及治疗方案的认知,降低治疗期间并发症发生率并提升患者的生活质量,有助于患者恢复。
Objective To explore the application effectiveness of health education in the treatment of elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients.Methods From March 2020 to April 2023,52 elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to a hospital were selected as the subjects.Using the number table method,patients were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 26 cases in each group.Routine treatment and management were implemented for the control group patients,while the intervention group received health education interventions based on the control group measures.After intervention,the incidence of complications,mastery of disease knowledge,and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were been evaluated.Results After the intervention,the incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group(11.54%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(30.77%),while treatment compliance(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.92%).The results of Difference-in-differences analysis showed that the improvement of disease knowledge and quality of life in the intervention group were better than those in the control group after intervention,and the net effects of the intervention were statistically significant.Conclusion Health education for elderly non-small cell lung cancer patients during treatment can increase their understanding of their own symptoms and treatment plans,reduce the incidence of complications during treatment,and improve their quality of life,which is helpful for patient recovery.
