摘要
目的:对广西产半枝莲的黄酮类成分进行研究。方法:综合利用正反相柱层析、MCI柱层析、HPLC等色谱分离技术对半枝莲全草进行提取分离,并通过波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从半枝莲中共分离和鉴定了5个化合物,分别为白杨素(1)、芹菜素(2)、木犀草素(3)、千层纸素(4)、柚皮素(5)。结论:分离得到的化合物类型均为黄酮类化合物,可为广西半枝莲的黄酮成分分析提供一定的参考。
To study the flavonoids of Scutellaria barbata from Guangxi.Methods:The whole herb of Scutellaria barbata was extracted and separated by reversed-phase column chromatography,MCI column chromatography,HPLC and other chromatographic separation means,the structures were authenticated by NMR data.Results:Five compounds were seperated and identified as chrysin(1),apigenin(2),luteolin(3),oroxylin(4),naringin(5).Conclusion:The isolated compounds are all flavonoids,which can offer some reference for the analysis of flavonoids in Scutellaria barbata from Guangxi.
