巴戟天抗炎镇痛作用研究进展

摘要 巴戟天是我国著名南药之一,中医临床常用其治疗类风湿关节炎,支气管哮喘,骨质疏松,抑郁症等证的治疗。随着对巴戟天的深入研究,其抗炎镇痛活性受到广泛关注,然而目前缺乏这方面系统针对性的报道。通过查阅文献,现将对巴戟天不同化学成分、提取物和炮制品的抗炎镇痛作用及机制进行综述,以期为巴戟天的相关研究和临床应用提供参考。结果发现巴戟天主要通过阻断核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)等炎症信号通路中相关蛋白及基因的表达来抑制肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),白细胞介素-6(IL-6),一氧化氮(NO),前列腺素E2(PGE2)和IL-1β等炎性介质的释放,来维持宿主体内免疫细胞对外来刺激的高度敏感性而发挥抗炎作用。 Morinda officinalis is one of the famous southern medicines in China,and it is commonly used in TCM clinic to treat rheumatoid arthritis,bronchial asthma,osteoporosis and depression.With the in-depth study of Morinda officinalis how,its anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities have been widely concerned,but there is a lack of systematic and targeted reports on this aspect at present.By consulting the literature,the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and mechanisms of different chemical components,extracts and processed products of Morinda officinalis were reviewed in order to provide reference for related research and clinical application of Morinda officinalis.Results Morinda officinalis mainly inhibited tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),nitric oxide(NO),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and IL-1βby blocking the expression of related proteins and genes in inflammatory signaling pathways such as nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)and mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK).
