摘要
目的 探讨肝移植患者在接受治疗过程中,为其提供整合式心理护理干预的价值,并评价该措施对患者情绪状态的影响。方法 在随机情况下选择2020年3月~2022年10月这一时间范围内,在我院确诊并实施肝移植的50例患者,以住院号单双数分组后每组25例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施整合式心理护理干预。记录两组并发症发生率,同时评估患者心理状态、生活质量、应对方式。结果 观察组25例患者经整合式心理护理干预后焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、孤独评分结果,均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分结果较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组记录的应对方式中面对评分,较对照组高;回避、屈服评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 肝移植患者在接受治疗的过程中展开整合式心理护理干预工作,既可缓解其因疾病、治疗产生的负面情绪,同时可提高其生活质量,达到改善其预后效果的目的。
Objective To explore the value of providing integrated psychological nursing intervention for liver transplant patients during treatment,and to evaluate the impact of this measure on their emotional status.Methods Fifty patients who were diagnosed and underwent liver transplantation in our hospital during the period from March 2020to October 222were randomly selected,and 25 patients in each group were divided into odd and even numbers based on the hospitalization number.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received integrated psychological nursing intervention based on the control group.The incidence of complications in both groups was recorded,and the psychological status,quality of life,and coping styles of the patients were evaluated.Results The scores of anxiety,depression,anger,and loneliness in the observation group of 25 patients after integrated psychological nursing intervention showed a downward trend compared to the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The face score recorded in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The scores of avoidance and submission in the control group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out integrated psychological nursing intervention during the treatment of liver transplantation patients can not only alleviate their negative emotions caused by disease and treatment,but also improve their quality of life and achieve the goal of improving their prognosis.
