摘要
目的探讨医护一体化查房联合AIDET沟通模式对甲状腺术后认同感及服药依从性的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年12月行甲状腺手术患者80例,根据入院顺序分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受医护一体化查房联合AIDET沟通模式。对比两组的术后认同感及服药依从性。结果干预前,两组的SIS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的SIS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不按时服药、不按剂量服药、漏服药、连续漏服药等用药依从性评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化查房联合AIDET沟通模式能够有效改善甲状腺手术患者的术后认同感,提升其服药依从性,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of integrated medical ward round combined with AIDET communication mode on sense of identity and medication compliance after thyroid surgery.Methods 80 patients with thyroid surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the admission order,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received integrated medical ward round combined with AIDET communication mode.The postoperative sense of identity and medication compliance of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in SIS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SIS score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance scores of no taking medicine on time,no taking medicine according to dose,missed medicine and continuously missed medicine in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Integrated medical ward round combined with AIDET communication mode can effectively improve the postoperative sense of identity and medication compliance of patients after thyroid surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
