摘要
当前癌症已成为威胁患者健康与安全,加重家庭负担的重大公共卫生问题,且随着癌症发病率逐年上升,对癌症患者及其家庭照顾者的干预工作成为了重要课题。大部分癌症患者难以治愈,就医治疗也通常以最大程度控制病情,延长患者生存期以及提高患者的生活质量为目标,随着患者病情持续发展和加重,往返于居家休养和返院治疗过程,对患者及其家属而言皆是煎熬,身心都将受到严重影响。为此,照顾癌症患者及其照顾者的身心问题,积极地将家庭尊严干预应用在癌症患者及其照顾者的身上,在其治疗休养及护理的过程中都将发挥非常重要的作用。本研究从家庭尊严干预的概念、实施措施、应用效果着手,整理相关学者的调查实践结果形成综述,旨在增强医疗人员对癌症患者及其家属在实施家庭尊严干预工作中的意识和重视程度,从而更好地落实应用家庭尊严干预方法,确保癌症患者及其照顾者均能从家庭尊严干预工作的实施中受益。
At present,cancer has become a major public health problem that threatens the health and safety of patients and increases the burden on families.With the increasing incidence of cancer year by year,the intervention work for cancer patients and their family caregivers has become an important topic.Most cancer patients are difficult to cure,and medical treatment is usually aimed at controlling the disease to the greatest extent,prolonging the survival period and improving the quality of life of patients.With the continuous development and aggravation of patients'disease,the process of going back and forth to rest at home and returning to hospital for treatment will be painful for patients and their families,and will be seriously affected physically and mentally.Therefore,taking care of the physical and mental problems of cancer patients and their caregivers,and actively applying family dignity intervention to cancer patients and their caregivers will play a very important role in the process of their treatment and rest and nursing.This study starts with the concept,implementation measures and application effects of family dignity intervention,collates the investigation and practice results of relevant scholars to form a summary,and aims to enhance the awareness and importance of medical personnel to cancer patients and their families in implementing family dignity intervention,so as to better implement and apply family dignity intervention means.Ensure that cancer patients and their caregivers benefit from the implementation of family dignity interventions.
