摘要
为解决当下医院管理模式中就医环境、就诊流程、医护职业操守、安全隐患和医护患关系等方面存在的诸多问题,研究科学有效的医院管理和医学伦理建设措施具有重要意义,亟须寻求先进、科学的管理模式来提升医院伦理建设水平。东莞三局医院采取6S精益管理模式以来,通过整理、整顿等方式来改善工作环境、优化服务流程、提升服务质量、提高安全意识、提升员工素养、树立良好形象,管理水平得到显著提升。说明6S精益管理是一种可满足现代医院管理与伦理建设需求的先进管理模式,符合医疗改革中加强精细管理、提高服务绩效、改善群众就医体验的新时代要求,有利于全面提高医疗服务水平。
In order to solve many problems in the current hospital management model,such as the medical environment,treatment process,medical ethics,safety hazards,and doctor-patient relationships,it is of great significance to study scientific and effective hospital management and medical ethics construction measures.It is urgent to seek advanced and scientific management models to enhance the level of hospital ethics construction.Since adopting the 6S lean management model,Dongguan Sanju Hospital has significantly improved its management level by improving the work environment,optimizing service processes,improving service quality,enhancing safety awareness,enhancing employee literacy,and establishing a good image through organization and rectification.6S lean management is an advanced management model that can meet the needs of modern hospital management and ethical construction.It meets the new era requirements of strengthening fine management,improving service performance,and improving the medical experience of the public in medical reform,and is conducive to comprehensively improving the level of medical services.
