摘要
培养高级应用型人才是落实教育强国的关键。随着国家对职业技能教育的愈发重视,德国“双元制”教育模式以其理论与实践紧密结合的特点获得普遍认可和借鉴。文章通过分析德国“双元制”护理教育特点,以及其与我国现行护理职业教育的区别,在人才培养模式、医疗企业行业、带教师资、政策法规等方面,探讨在自贸港建设背景下,德国“双元制”对我省“3+2”专升本护理教育改革创新的一些启示。
Cultivating advanced application-oriented talents is the key to achieve a strong country in education.With the increasing emphasis on vocational education,the German“dual system”education model has gained widespread recognition and reference due to its close combination of theory and practice.The paper analyzes the characteristics of the“dual system”nursing education in Germany and the differences between it and the current nursing vocational education in China.In terms of talent training mode,medical enterprise industry,teacher resources,policies and regulations,the paper explores some inspirations of the“dual system”on the reform and innovation of“3+2”college students for nursing education in our province under the background of free trade port construction.
