摘要
如何加快构建现代职业教育体系,培养更多高素质技术技能人才是社会共同关注的问题。目前我国养老护理专业人才缺乏,制约着养老服务产业高质量发展。为提升养老护理人才培养质量,结合德国职业教育双元制在养老护理人才培养中的经验,比较两国人才培养过程中教学安排和考核评价等区别与联系,分析双元制对我国养老护理人才队伍培养的意义。
How to speed up the construction of modern vocational education system and train more high-quality technical and skilled personnel is a common concern of the society.At present,the lack of nursing professionals for the elder in China restricts the high-quality development of the service industry.In order to improve the quality of elderly care personnel training,combined with the experience of the dual system in the process of elderly care personnel,comparing the differences and links between the teaching arrangement and assessment in the process of talent training between the two countries,the significance of the dual system for the training of elderly care personnel in China is discussed.
