复采矿井液压支架及时支护探讨

摘要 针对回采过程中老窑空巷及老窑保安煤柱在二维应力作用下受剪切作用力影响,经常出现片帮、漏顶等现象,现对ZF6600/17.5/28型液压支架及时支护及伸缩梁与护帮板超前控顶进行分析,分析表明,采煤机伸缩梁全部伸出,打开护帮板,有效控制片帮角度最大约30°,即片帮斜面与工作面煤壁斜交倾角<30°时即可控帮控顶,可解决复采矿井液压支架及时支护时伸缩梁与护帮板支设位置与护帮状态之间的关系,有效确保复采矿井回采安全和提质保效。 For the mining process in the old kiln empty lane and the old kiln security coal pillar in the two-dimensional stress by the shear force,often appear sheet gang,leakage of the top and other phenomena,now on the ZF6600/17.5/28 hydraulic bracket in time to support and retractable beams and gangplates over the top of the control,the analysis shows that the coal mining machine retractable beams all out,open the gangplates,effective control of the sheet gang angle of up to about 30°,that is,the sloping face and the working face,the maximum angle of about 30°,the coal mining machine retractable beams are all out,open the gangplate,effectively control the sheet gang angle.That is,when the inclination angle between the slanting surface of the sheet gang and the coal wall of the working face is<30°,it can control the gangs and control the top,which can solve the relationship between the position of the telescopic beam and the supporting position of the shield plate and the state of the shielding gangs when the hydraulic bracket of the remining wells is supported in time,and ensure the safety of the remining wells and improve the quality and efficiency effectively.
