摘要
掌握液压支架的机械特性对于确保矿井安全生产具有重要意义,现有的液压支架结构强度研究主要集中在作用于单个支架上的荷载上,而不是全机械化采煤工作面液压支架支护体系。以采煤工作面液压支架支护体系为研究对象,通过理论分析和数值模拟研究,分析了采煤工作面液压支架体系在不同工况条件下的力学特性和关键支撑构件的刚度特性。找出了液压支架支护结构薄弱点所在,并提出加固方式。研究结果可用于实现综采工作面液压支架体系安全稳定运行,从而提高开采作业的安全性和生产效率。
Mastering the mechanical characteristics of the hydraulic support is of great significance to ensure the safe production of the mine,and the existing research on the structural strength of the hydraulic support mainly focuses on the load acting on a single support,rather than the hydraulic support support system of the fully mechanised coal mining face.Taking the hydraulic support system of coal mining face as the research object,the mechanical characteristics of the hydraulic support system of coal mining face and the stiffness characteristics of the key support members under different working conditions are analysed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The weak points of the hydraulic support structure were identified.and proposed reinforcement methods.The results of the study can be used to realise the safe and stable operation of the hydraulic support system in the comprehensive mining face,so as to improve the safety and productivity of the mining operation.
