摘要
为解决煤矿液压支架传统供液方式存在的压力波动大、流量不稳定、系统冲击大等问题,本文提出了一套煤矿液压支架智能化供液系统,并利用机电液联合仿真软件建立系统模型进行仿真。结果表明,本次提出的液压支架智能化供液系统实现了对供液系统压力的智能控制和调节,保证了液压支架在跟进过程中的高控制精度,大大提高了液压支架的支护效率和速度,验证了方案设计的合理性。
In order to solve the problems of large pressure fluctuations,unstable flow rate,and large system impact in traditional hydraulic support supply methods in coal mines,this paper proposes an intelligent hydraulic support supply system for coal mines,and uses electromechanical hydraulic joint simulation software to establish a system model for simulation.The results indicate that the proposed intelligent hydraulic support fluid supply system achieves intelligent control and adjustment of the fluid supply system pressure,ensures high control accuracy of the hydraulic support during the followup process,greatly improves the support efficiency and speed of the hydraulic support,and verifies the rationality of the scheme design.
