摘要
针对目前液压支架电液控制系统调控速度慢、调节精度差的问题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下液压支架电液控制装置,对该控制装置整体结构、控制原理、硬件系统选型方案等进行了研究。实际应用表明,新的电液控制系统能够将液压支架的调节精度提升75.1%,将调控过程中的反应时间降低62.5%,极大提升了液压支架的应用稳定性和可靠性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the current hydraulic bracket electro-hydraulic control system in terms of slow speed and poor adjustment accuracy,a new electro-hydraulic control device for hydraulic bracket in underground coal mine is proposed.The overall structure of the control device,control principle,hardware system selection program and so on have been studied,according to the actual application in the coal mine,the new electro-hydraulic control system can improve the regulation accuracy of the hydraulic bracket by 75.1%,and reduce the reaction time in the process of regulation by 62.5%,which greatly improves the stability and reliability of the application of the hydraulic bracket.
