摘要
中国特色社会主义现代化强国需要大批德才兼备、心理素质过硬的人才,高质量思政共同体以共同体质量建设推动思政课程和课程思政协同育人的效果提升。高质量思政共同体要具备以下特征:有明确的价值共识,有系统融合的育人资源产出,有思政胜任力过硬的成员,有清晰的协同逻辑等。其建设关键在于“强基”与“通脉”,围绕这两个关键点,文章提出以思政课、专业课、心理健康教育课教师组建思政共同体,聚焦“德心才共育”提供融合的育人要素系统、赋能教师“德心才共育”胜任力以筑牢高质量思政共同体之“基”;以明晰的“德心才”协同共育的逻辑、促进三类课程教师互惠共享的协同机制,畅通高质量思政共同体之“脉”。
The advanced path of a socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics requires a large number of talents who are both moral and talented,and have excellent psychological qualities.The high-quality ideological and political community promotes the improvement of the effect of ideological and political courses and the coordinated education of ideological and political education through the construction of community quality.A high-quality ideological and political community should have the following characteristics:clear value consensus,systematic integration of educational resources output,members with strong ideological and political competence,and clear collaborative logic.The key to its construction lies in“strengthening the foundation”and“connecting the pulse”.Based on these two key points,it is proposed to form an ideological and political community with teachers of ideological and political courses,professional courses,and mental health education courses,focusing on“co-cultivation of morality,spirituality,and talent”to provide an integrated system of educational elements,empowering teachers to“co-cultivation of morality,spirituality,and talent”competence,and building a solid“foundation”for a high-quality ideological and political community;With a clear logic of“co-cultivation of morality,spirituality,and talent”collaborative education,and a collaborative mechanism to promote mutual benefit and sharing among teachers of the three types of courses,we can smooth the“pulse”of a high-quality ideological and political community.
