摘要
为准确掌握船用滑油冷却器因遭受海水腐蚀而泄漏的情况,提升其安全性,以某船用滑油冷却器为例,对其腐蚀泄漏现象进行排查定位。从设备材料的化学成分、焊缝金相组织、腐蚀形貌扫描电镜和腐蚀产物能谱等方面进行综合分析判断,获得腐蚀位置周边结构的微观形貌和化学成分分布,据此研究腐蚀产生的原因和腐蚀机理,为类似海水腐蚀泄漏问题研究提供参考。
To investigate and locate the leakage of a marine lubricating oil cooler,comprehensive analysis is conducted in chemical composition of equipment materials,metallographic structure of welds,scanning electron microscopy of corrosion morphology,and energy spectrum of corrosion products.The microstructure and chemical composition distribution around the corrosion area are obtained.The causes and mechanism of the corrosion are studied to avoid similar corrosion leaks.
