摘要
在电厂给水泵汽轮机系统中,润滑油冷却器泄漏会导致油侧进水,影响机组的安全运行。针对某电厂润滑油冷却器铜管泄露现象,采用氦气查漏试验、涡流检测及宏观检查等多种方法分析发现,铜管泄露原因是折流支撑板处产生的凹陷引起。查明润滑油冷却器铜管泄露的原因并进行排除,才能保证润滑油冷却器安全稳定运行。
In the steam turbine system of feed water pump in power plant,the leakage of lubricating oil cooler will lead to water inflow on the oil side,which will affect the safe operation of the unit.In response to the leakage phenomenon of the copper pipe of a lubricating oil cooler in a certain power plant,various methods such as ammonia leak detection test,eddy current testing,and macroscopic inspection were used to find that the cause of the copper pipe leakage was by the depression at the support plate.To ensure the safe and stable operation of the lubricating oil cooler,it is necessary to identify the cause of leakage in the copper pipe of the oil cooler and eliminate it.
