摘要 蒸汽发生器运行期间由于化学机理和机械机理导致的传热管降质现象,须使用涡流检测技术对其进行跟踪检测,而对大量蒸汽发生器传热管涡流数据的准确快速分析成为蒸汽发生器传热管涡流检测的主要工作及难点之一。介绍了西班牙某公司的涡流采集与分析软件进行传热管涡流数据自动分析的方法,并列举了实际应用。 Steam generator tubes will suffer degradation due to chemical and mechanical mechanism during the operation period, which must be tracked using eddy current testing technology. However, it becomes the major work and one of the main difficulties for carrying out accurate and quick analysis for large amount of eddy current data of steam generator tubes. This paper introduced the method for executing automatic data analysis for steam generator tubes using ET acquisition and analysis software which imported from Spanish and gave an example of practical application.
