摘要
AP1000核电站反应堆压力容器顶盖采用一体化堆顶设计,将堆芯仪表管设置于顶盖上部,取消了压力容器底部贯穿件。基于 ASME规范对反应堆压力容器顶盖的役前检查要求,介绍在消化引进吸收的基础上开发的、适用于覆盖AP1000顶盖全范围的一体化自动检查设备及无损检测技术的现场应用,并针对检查过程中装置和应用检测技术遇到的问题展开讨论,为顶盖全范围在役检查技术改进奠定基础。
AP1000 reactor vessel upper closure head adopts integrated design,the core instrument tubes are set on the top of the RV closure head,and the bottom mounted instrument penetrations are removed from RV bottom.Based on the requirements of ASME code for RV closure head during pre-service inspection,this paper mainly introduced full-range automatic inspection equipments and site application of NDT technique,which was developed on the basis of introduction and digestion.In addition,in order to lay a foundation for the improvement of in-service inspection technology,the problems encountered during the pre-service inspection process of equipments and inspection technology were discussed.
