摘要
对铜镍合金BFe30-1-1在NaC l溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。测其在不同pH值的0.5mol/L NaC l溶液中的阳极极化曲线,并选择在一定电化学条件下进行恒电位腐蚀。通过对腐蚀后溶液中的Cu2+和N i2+含量的分析和对试样断面的微区成分分析,从而了解不同条件下的铜镍合金的选择性腐蚀规律。实验结果表明:铜镍合金BFe30-1-1的选择性腐蚀类型取决于腐蚀介质的酸碱度及腐蚀电位等电化学条件。
Corrosion behavior of BFe30-1-1 alloy in NaC1 solutions is researched. The anode polarization curves of the alloy in the NaCl solutions at various pH values were measured. The corrosion behavior of the alloy at the various potential conditions was studied by means of measuring the concentrations of Cu^2+ and Ni^2+ in the corroding solution and characterizing its corrosion layers. The experimental results show that the selective corrosion of the BFe30-1-1 alloy is determined by the pH value and potential in the 0.5M NaCl solution.
