摘要
当前气味评价以主观评价为主,影响因素较多,评价人员需要进行专业培训后从事气味评价工作,因此企业对于气味培训需求较大,并且部分企业想要建立自己的气味团队,有内部培训和考核的需求。现在的培训方式为液体气味标品现配现用,企业操作难度较大,质量难以保证,需要一种便携、易操作、高效的培训载体。本文主要研究气味嗅辨笔及其类似载体搭载气味标品进行气味培训的方式,包括气味等级及5种气味特性、汽车行业内常见14种气味类型,可以更好地解决行业内气味培训的需求,更加有利于气味评价工作的有效开展。
Currently,odor is mainly subjective evaluation with many influencing factors.Evaluators need to undergo professional training before engaging in odor evaluation work.Therefore,companies have a high demand for odor training,and some companies want to establish their own odor teams,which require internal training and assessment.The current training method is for liquid odor standard products to be prepared and used on site.It is difficult for enterprises to operate and ensure quality,requiring a portable,easy to operate,and efficient training carrier.This article mainly studies the way in which odor recognition pens and similar carriers carry odor standards for odor training,including odor levels and 5 odor characteristics,as well as 14 common odor types in the automotive industry.This can better meet the needs of odor training in the industry and be more conducive to the effective implementation of odor work.
